Cannot connect to incoming mail03 server

Is there a problem with the server for mail lately? The last few days I've been getting the 'failed to connect to incoming mail03.powweb.com server. please try again later'. This goes off an on throughout the day and makes it very difficult to do business.

I've been having problems with 02. Can't send or receive using normal channels. About 2 hours ago I tried to send - no dice so I switched over to my account on 01 and it sailed through. Just now checked e-mail and 01 is fine, 02 says server error. This has been going on for a few days, off and on as reported by others.

I've been having connection errors on mail02 for nearly 2 weeks. No resolution yet from powweb, except for a now rather elderly post at

which was posted on 3/30 and not updated since. And my problem hasn't updated since then, either (i.e. I can still only connect about 1 out of 10 tries).
