Hi, I finally decided to sign up at powweb, and I used my credit card, I did everything as said following the singing up form, and accesed the ops area, but everything is "pending" I did lots of things, then I gave a look at the credit card info....and realised I've wrote a wrong expiration date, so I changed it at the billing area, saved the changes, but nothing happend.....I dont wont to wait any more because the card expirates this month....so...what now? plase, take note that it's not a common thing to do, here in south america, paying things through the internet, so I'm a bit alarmed!

If you don't see any status changes in the OPS area soon, you will need to email winnie with all your info to get this worked out.

Is there a way to remove the credit card you sign-up with and redo it to try and charge it again?

Hi Twinsen!

You'll need to e-mail billing@powweb.com I believe to do that. Ask them to remove the credit card information on file, and then manually enter it again.

Or just call them. I'm sure they can pull ya old stuff off and enter your new information over the phone.
