Dumb mistake - Please help!

Okay, I've done a dumb thing thing. I had to reinstall Windows and backed up everything - except, of course, one key e-mail. That was the one that gave the info on how to FTP in to my site. I know that there's a standard system for settup up the FTP login name, so could someone please tell me what it is?

Just for anyone who's interested:

FTP hostname - server.powweb.com or ftp.yoursite.com (if propagated)
FTP username/Password - Self explainatory (FTP username/password)
