Please constrain your criticism to sites that have been explicitly submitted for comment. Offering unsolicited criticism is against the spirit of this forum and is most likely off-topic for whatever thread you post it in ... no matter how awful you think another critic's website is.

Some updates on moderation policy for the website critique forum:
Please declare non-PowWeb hosted sites
We will still continue to allow critique requests for non-PowWeb hosted sites, but you must declare that the site is not hosted at PowWeb and offer some reason why you're asking the PowWeb forum community for a critique. Maybe you're a customer who has done some work for a client who already had an arrangement with another host. Maybe you're a non-customer who thinks the PowWeb forum community do a pretty good of reviewing sites and would value our feedback. Whatever, just tell us your story or the thread will go into immediately into the trash.
If your domain is hosted elsewhere, but redirects to a PowWeb hosted site, then you should make this clear in your critique request. We may not spot the difference and your thread might be summarily deleted.
Always provide an URL
If you want the PowWeb forum community to critique your site you must provide an URL. "Invitation-only" critiques will be binned forthwith.
Don't ask for a critique if you don't want it
Don't post a critique request and then ask a moderator to delete the thread. If you're not prepared for whatever feedback you might get on your site to be aired in a public forum and stand for all time, then please don't ask for a critique in the first place. That being said, if someone is being offensive or abusive in your critique thread, then we will cheerfully moderate their posts according to the guidelines that apply across all these forums.
Search engine optimisation
On a related note, it is not the moderators job to help you with search engine rankings. If a critique thread here is out-googling your actual site, then you need to fix your site, not these forums.
... and just in case you missed it
This is a Critique Request forum. Not a "hey, sign up to my site because I can't afford rent-a-community" forum. If you want to tell everyone about your kewl new site, use another forum - Open Discussions (http://forum.powweb.com/forumdisplay.php?f=23) maybe. Anything in this forum that isn't obviously a critique request will be binned immediately.
Thank you :)
