Problem with mysql06

Actually, I can access it through phpMyAdmin, but my PHP script is unable to complete a connection with mysql_connect().

mysql06 seems to be having problems at this time ... admins are aware.

I seem to be having the same problem, however my database is on mysql08??

The database is available from phpMyAdmin, and from my cron scripts. It is unavailable through scripts run from the browser.
