My catalog or Oscommerce store on my site just died, you can click the link to see for yourself...

or here is the error message, I simply don't have a clue what happened. Didn't change or mess with anything. Never seen an error like this before.

Any help????

select value from sessions where sesskey = '0d70c6b5d040940366a304de3ea1ebf5' and expiry > '1113616021'

Fixed the problem, in case anyone else gets this error here is the fix.

in phpmyadmin under SQL run this command...

REPAIR TABLE sessions

then hit "go", it's that simple. Fixed my problem. glad this one wasn't to tough. :)

no I typed sessions not post like the previous post said. I read a thread in MYSQL forum and selected them all and chose repair table it seems to have fixed it for now but no one but me has posted. Thanks for the quick reply.

Edited: just crashed again. The db I am trying to get up is located on mysql08

Edit II : Every time I repair it things start to work ( a few names are on the wrong post) but once someone tries to post it crashed again and in the DB it list the "posts" table as in use until I repair it again?

Yea same here. Somethings up with the server. Its futile to constantly repair the tables.. they keep crashing.

Arghhhh...my phpBB is crashed. Been crashed for about an hour now, from those danged errors. And the repair attempts aren't helping in the slightest.

I've gotten this problem 3 times now. Luckily I've been online to catch them, but come Monday I won't and I really don't want my board to be down all day. Please tell me this is either a product of Powweb working to fix the mysql problems, or something they're working on fixing - not something I'll have to live with for the remainder of my time here. :( I know there's a script which might be able to automatically repair it, but I definitely don't think this is something Powweb should be putting back on their users to take care of. Thanks.

What is up POWWEB, this is ridiculous!!! What happened this time? I hope you are fixing this ASAP!! This is definitely not a users problem.

This is really starting to piss me off. I have only been with powweb for 3 months, and it has been a ****ing nightmare.

Yes, the last 4 months haven't been good - but it was good, so we can all hope that it will return to the stable, reliable service that the majority of us signed up to - and the rest signed up expecting.
