Mysql06 database errors

I'm having database errors on mysql06.

mySQL error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql06.powweb.com' (60)

It seems all of the MySQL servers are down at Powweb .... I am also on mysql06.powweb.com

I've been experiancing slow loading time for a week or so..... I wonder why it wasn't addressed in time.
