adding www to address

My question is how do I make it so that whenever someone loads up http://xblteams.com it makes it http://www.xblteams.com . The reason I am asking is I have my forums configured to work with http://www.xblteams.com and if you use http://xblteams.com you will encounter problems with cookies.
