Mms?

I seen on some sites they have streaming media, that when you look at the file's location, instead of being http:// it seems to me mms://
Anyone know how to do this? Or if it can be done on Powweb? <.< I seen it on a few sites including http://www.cartoonnetwork.com

No that cannot be done on Powweb. mms:// is "Microsoft Media Server" and is part of Windows 2000/2003 Server that can be installed to stream video files to Windows Media Player. This is a Unix environment (FreeBSD) so such an item is not available here.
