My son would like the Ed, Edd and Eddy website. The Toon Cycle site requires login for the forum and my son is only 7 years old. I won't let him do that. There is horizontal scrolling at 800x600 screen resolution for the Ed site. The color scheme is hot (loud) for the Ed site, but the Toon site seems more adult and cool.
Did you get permission from the copyright owners to include these cartoons on your website? I had to jump through hoops with General Motors attorneys to obtain permission to use the likeness of a Camaro and a Firebird on the SLFBA car club logo design. Because the car club is non-profit and for GM enthusiasts (consumers), they generously waived the copyright and licensing fees. Licensing issues came up, because the club sells t-shirts and things with their logo on them.
I noticed that you got child safe ratings from a few websites. You also intend to have mature contents that require a login. How will you keep the children under 13 from viewing or posting? Just curious.
Interesting fan sites for those who watch cartoons.
My first thing that I not is on the Los3eds site, the green head with the blinking eyes, it is almost annoying that you have all the same icon for each message. I am not sure if that is just because you are getting it up and running right now or what, but the 6 blinking heads starting at me was distracting... If it is suppose to be that same icon always, then I would say only show the first one and not the other ones....
Again in Los3Eds, it might be nice to notify the user in someway which links on the left bring up new windows and which ones go to other sites and such. I was clicking through trying to review your site and then I suddenly found myself at another site...
Overall I do like the layout style, I personally like to create websites with a well defined space, so that me as an author know pretty much what it looks like on most screens... Good job...

At the foot of the home page, the disclaimer notice needs a bit of blank space above it because the contents of the frame above it seem to disappear into it in a rather disconcerting way...
