Microsoft publisher 98 help needed

I need help uploading my files via Microsoft Publisher 98. I am having no luck. Can someone walk me thru step by step?

Before you can publish with FrontPage, your domain name MUST be propagated to PowWeb's Servers and FP extensions installed.

Go to https://ops.powweb.com/ and login with the user name and password that was emailed to you when you signed up. Here is where you need to install Frontpage extensions.

Cilck packages> on the right hand side of HTTP you will see Install Frontpage extensions.

Now to Publish
Open FrontPage 98
Choose Publish FrontPage Web from the File menu
Note: This will open the Publish window

Click on More Webs...
Note: This will open the Publish FrontPage Web window

Enter your domain name in the box provided (i.e. http://yoursite.com)
You will be prompted for your username and password (This is your FTP username and password)
Enter the location to publish your web to without the www (i.e. yoursite.com) and click OK
Your site should now be publishing. Be patient as it may take between a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the size of your site.
