Hi dpdurst,
Everybody takes their turn in the barrel.
I use 17" 800x600 at home and had to go to full view to see the whole menu. So maybe you can move the Set Homepage and all to somewhere else, slide the menu applet up a little.
Besides that your site is cool. Have a friend that I'll kick this one to. He can't get enough of this kind of stuff.
Number of landings 108369 -- any crashes?
Thanks Alphadesk, I'll work on that one.. Nope no crashes as of yet, well the HD's the other day, they did spill a bit of fuel out! LOL..
Nice job, a really nice looking site and well laid out. :)
Like Alphadesk, I could not see your "Email" link on your applet menu without going full screen. But other than that a really good looking site.

I moved the menu bar up a bit and changed the layout of the quick links at the top. A bit of color change on the menu bar and I think its set..
What is it about my ADSL that make scrolling on your site so jerky. Also, your browser analysis is two generations off and I'm not using IE2. Your site kinda hurts my eyes.
So what hurts your eyes about the site? As for the browser ident, what version are you using? In IE5 and higher it reports just fine on every PC I tested on from home and work.
Your site now correctly reports my browser version as IE6 but your home page still scrolls jerky. I have DSL so bandwidth/transport rate is no problem it might be my M/S 2 mouse. That's what hurts my eyes but you'll never win any legitimate site design awards. But if your proud, fine.
Well I don't understand the jerky part, my MS mouse wheel works just the same whether is my site or someone else's site. Not trying to win any awards, so not quite sure where that came from.. oh well.
Looks great to me. Nice job! :)
The only thing is that the edges of your airplane graphics are a little jagged. If you are using Fireworks, you can feather the edges just a little to smooth the jaggies.

Thanks for the comments, I saw your website a few days and the graphics are cool! Your site is really nice too!
David,
Your menu now displays 100% for me, so your moving things around did fix that problem.
As for the "jerky" movement that has been mentioned, that is one of the drawbacks of having the applet menu. I've noticed over time that any page that has an applet will be jerky with IE6. Part of the problem is IE's little "Image Toolbar" that was added for version 6. If that is enabled (which it is by default) then you will get that "jerky" look on most any page that has a lot of java or a java applet.

Hmm I'll have to enable mine and check this again to see what the difference is, I have not even noticed that and I turn mine off right after the load of software as I hate that thing! Glad its all fixed up now by moving things around. I went to work the next day and fired up an NT box that runs at 800x600 just to make sure. :)

Very nice. You have passed my approval system. Only one suggestion. Make your David's Hangar image that is in the very top left a link back to the homepage. Other than that good job.
