Hey everyone; I have been troubleshooting mambo ever since i installed the beautiful beast 5 months back on my site, and i have worked all but one issue which are the errors i encounter when trying to upload images via a component called zoom media gallery. At first, before when i first installed the zoom component, the "drag and drop" feature of the component was amazing. Its a javabased applet that allows you to browse and select all the files you wanna upload and it does it all at one time. But now i am getting this error -

Processing images from list... > > > Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/www/m/michaeldehaven/htdocs/Mambo/classes/database.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php4/lib/php') in /www/m/michaeldehaven/htdocs/Mambo/components/com_zoom/save_dnd.php on line 65 >

Now obviously i would go and check out what was up with all the missing crap that its saying it cant access but its all there and properly accounted for. This was the same kind of errors i was getting when my message board wasnt working. but all of the sudden it was back up and running again... whats up with this host!?

I was having the same problem with zoom so I took it out.
Just letting you know that you are not alone. :)

I don't know if you tried to upload images bigger than 2MB. If you have, please tell me how to get rid of this restriction:

Allow the Gallery .htaccess file to set application specific configuration options for the Gallery application. This is controlled by the webserver owner so it's not always possible for you to change it. The main drawbacks to not having this are that you may not be able to upload files > 2MB (e.g. big ZIP files or movies).

Thanks,
Gerardo

you can use the custom php.ini to increase the size of files that can be uploaded.
