How do I edit the sizes of the sides?

Http://store.pricetrim.com is my domain, you guys have probably seen me try and get this store up and running for months now, still no luck. Im having a hard time editing the tables to each of the sections now that the simple template system is installed. Could some one please let me know which files I need to edit in order to have the search engine in the top, long way, with the advanced feature to choose which section you are searching in. I would like that right in the top header. I would also like to have each of the tables look like the tables I predesigned. I am just lost in how to exactly get them there. Any help would be really apprciated. If you are able to do this job..... I can pay $15-$20 to any one willing to set up the main page the way I want it. And set up the catagory template for the Epic Savier section of the site.

So, if you can help me, please post which files I need to edit.

For your SEARCH box put this code at the end of catalog/include/header.php
