Erm..Help?

I just checked my website this morning and found the HTTP has been disabled and I had this message via email

Subject: Package Service HTTP (515779) Disabled

I have no idea how to fix it, or what to do (can you tell I'm totally new to all this?)

Any idea's guys what I can do to fix the problem?

Got phpBB? update it to latest. Got phpNuke? update it to latest. Any script installed? make sure you have the latest version.

Theres seems to be a new version of phpBB, How do I go about updating it?

That's something left to be answered on their support side :)

They usually have a document somewhere on the download that covers the upgrading of their software from a previous version. If not, there's always their forums. ;)
