I have been having trouble for days now with my sites being up and down.
This is bad news since I run a national missing childrens organization and we just released our new missing children data base.

The site cant be found half the time. The images I have stored on the server for other areas of the org wont load.

I need this problem resolved. It is not great when I send out press releases for people to visit the site and it wont load. It does not help those families who children are missing.
When can I expect resolution for this problem?

Okay, I've just tried both the urls, and have had no problems with page loads or pictures not displaying (although I did notice an error in the listing for REBECCA JOYCE REDICK, which shows she's 37 years old, but her picture is that of a 15 or 16 year old). This isn't to say that there wont be a problem later, but sometimes the problem can be a dns server issue with your ISP, or some type of routing problem. My best suggestion is that the next time you are having a problem, go immediately to the Powweb live chat, and ask others to see if they can load the pages. If others can see it, and you can't, then it's probably a local problem at your end. If no one can see them, then it's likely a PowWeb issue, and needs to be addressed by tech support.
