can't install gallery2 on cluster07

Has anyone experienced any PHP weirdness on this cluster? I'm trying to install gallery2 beta 3, and can't get past the Authentication step (where it asks you to upload a login.txt file it creates into the /gallery2/install directory). It basically just continues to say that the key in the login.txt file does not match what it expects. I even comment out the check in the .class file to try and get around it, but it still can't get past the step.

I have successfully installed gallery2 on another site that was on cluster04. No problems.

Tech support refuses to install gallery2 on a site on this cluster to see if can be reproduced, so I'm stuck.

I just got a complaint about gallery not working properly on that cluster. I have just escalated the issue and will wait to hear back. I'll provide more info once available.

What web browser are you using? When I installed Gallery 2, I was using IE as my browser, and had EXACTLY that same problem. I installed successfully using Firefox as my browser.
