Forgot to Change Credit Card

My account was deactivated because I forgot the credit card we had was disabled. Is all my information and all of my files still on my site? I hope to god I didn't lose anything.

They'll still be there for a week or so. Contact billing to get your account reactivated.

You haven't said when your renewal was due but I would e-mail billing@powweb.com and support@powweb.com to tell them what has happened and then I would visit the Live Chat and try and locate a member of staff as well, in the hopes that they may be in time to prevent disaster if it is not already too late.
