When will my account be activated

Hello,

I have sighned in today for a 1 year hosting plan at powweb.

I have paid online with credit card.

I got an email saying:
"We successfully received authorization for your credit card, however we
were not able to verify your billing address information, so your
account will be manually processed within the next 24 hours.
Please visit our searchable FAQ database for answers to any
account-related questions you might have:
http://powweb.com/faqs/ "

its been 12 hours now and my account is still on pending status!

When will my account be active?

The billing department has to manually verify information - just as the email said. I don't know whether or not this will occur today (I'm not a billing rep), but tomorrow the call center is closed. If I were you, I'd call right now (877-4-PowWeb) and speak with a billing agent to see if it can be cleared up.
