I seemed to have deleted all the entrys in my guest book, is there any way to get them back?

Nope, if it was on the server and Join the croud....
We ALL should back-up more to our HD and/or CD-RW than we do. We just don't think about that stuff til it's gone, only takes a few times of Gone to learn our lessons.
