Authorize.net & osCommerce

I am ready to open the door to my credit card gateway, but it seems to be stuck. I tried entering the info (user name, transaction key) and running live, but I get an error message. I then tried running a test, and I still get the error. Authorize.net told me to try osCommerce support. Any suggestions?
Also, does anyone else think it is a problem that my transaction key is posted unencrypted on the admin screen?

Your best bet would be to contact OsCommerce and ask them what the problem would be.

By "contact osCommerce" I would take that as meaning: find the authorize.net support topic at http://forums.oscommerce.com/ and ask there.
