Incorrect Screen settings

I thought my website was working correctly at 800x600, but couldn't really tell since I have a widescreen laptop. When I changed my monitor settings, I noticed that the store was bigger than 800x600 and wasn't fitting on the screen. Does anyone know where to change the settings? The site doesn't look that great in the 800x600 since everyting is so large. Please take a look at the site and feel free to give input!

Your header graphic is 800px wide, but the table width for your enclosing table is 790px. That may cause some problems. Even at 790, that is too wide for 800x600 screens, since the browser borders ("chrome") will take some of that width away.

I had suggested to you earlier that you split your header graphic into a center section with the text and a repeatable background that can expand and contract with the browser width.
