Slow Loader

My website, http://www.mctedoprogramming.com is loading slowly, then reasonably quickly then slowly again.

An affiliate's website (who is hosted on my account as we share hosting) takes ever so long to load, mainly the images which are all small file sizes. (http://netpioneer.mctedoprogramming.com).

This is getting slightly annoying as I am trying to update the site.

Any suggestions?

Your site is on Cluster 02. As stated in the Announcements Cluster 02 is having issues and the admin are working to resolve them.

I'm sorry I didn't realise it had been changed - it was on www12.powweb.com a while ago.
