None Shippable Item : Pick Up Only

I've been bumbling around trying to find my answer but I'm not sure how to word the question or search terms to find what I am looking for...if what i'm looking for even exist.

Lets say I got a 3000 pound item that I want someone to be able to buy it but not allow them to select a shipping method. In place of this I'd like it to say "Local pick up ONLY". Is there something that will do this or something simular?

Well I never did find anything like I described but I did modify one of the contributions I downloaded to meet my needs. If anyone else was looking for something simular maybe this will help.

I replaced "Call for Pricing" with "NON-SHIPPABLE - Local Pickup Only" and then I just insert the price into the discription. No one can go through the check out this way but thats ok. I also had to remove the "buy now" table from the "whats new" and "search" to keep people from bypassing the discription to buy a product for $0.00 bucks.
