Cool Caller ID program. I can't wait to test her out!
I've got one question for you. Have you ever loaded your site with a 56k dialup modem connection?
I'm not sure what the "Intro" was supposed to be as it never did load. Once I was on the main page it would not scroll without jerking like it was older than I am. The menu dropdowns took over 20 seconds for them to start working.
Once I got to some of your other pages the jerkiness was gone, and everything seemed to work fine. Your other pages were nicely done and I was impressed, but if I were just a common surfer looking for something to buy I would not have stuck around long enough to notice that you have some neat products and services for sale.

How ruthless do you want me to be... since this is my first review on your site i'll be light.
There is inconsistancy on the page layouts.
Products page looks completely different from the services page and downloads does the same. Keep all colors, backgrounds, text color, link colors the same on ALL pages.
This is a business site rite. So why would someone care how many times your page is accessed. Don't you think that would scare someone away from getting your service if no one goes to your site? OR if you get a lot of hits they might think you are to busy to help them. If you want to know how many people have seen it there are many tools that will go into great detail on who is looking at your site. http://www.webalizer.com check that one out it's free. You might already have it installed into your control panel.
Alright back to your site.
What drives people to use so many colors?? Are you painting a rainbow?? Color schemes are colors that complement eachother.. Yer not going to wear silver necklace with your gold earings are you?? why clash the colors. stick to the scheme all the way through. People can navigate easier if things are done with consistancy. Have you seen a trend in my thinking yet?
What do I do when I get lost. Your drop down menu is confusing. Windows programs use them successfully because of. OMG consistancy. They always have a File, Edit, View, Help. Ever notice if you have a program that doesn't have those you get kinda lost. The same goes for websites. Create a site map or atleast a link to the main page so you can start over if you get lost.
I hope that gave you some area's of opportunity. Remember those are my opinions so don't take them personally.
