Not showing subcategories automatically

I'm not sure exactly why, but my osCommerce isn't showing the subcategories I create. It's a minimal install, and when I first completed it, I wasn't using subs, so I didn't realize. The domain is http://www.oldkansaswoodwork.com, but that probably won't help, since it just isn't showing something.

For instance, under "Garden," there is another category, but clicking on the Garden button only shows the products.

I guess if there is a product, it won't show the category. I don't think I realized that. I thought it showed any categories, plus all products. Hmmm.

Just a guess, but maybe try and make sure that the status of the product/category is set to Active or In Stock. Maybe that could help you?
