When customers contact us, the last screen (http://goldenapplels.com/osCommerce/catalog/contact_us.php?action=success) has two dummy boxes that pop up. One for electronics and one called sections with a cosmetics web site attached. How do I get rid of these? Thanks

I can't see any dummy boxes that look out of place, called sections or cosmetics or anything else.
I'd recommend you run ccleaner from here (http://www.ccleaner.com/).
Download it and run it to clean out a load of rubbish. (It's free.)

Okay it is getting weirder. I am now on a different computer. On my main page, some of the original dummy boxs appear (manufacturers with all the electronics customers; shirts from some family re-union) If I refresh, it pops my normal page again. If I refresh again, back with the dummy stuff. What's going on? I'm on MacOS, so the cleaner doesn't work. Is this only my machine?
Thanks
John
Sorry I assumed a WinBox - most without proudly declare their affiliation to the glorious Mac :D
It sounds like a cache problem at a proxy that you've in common between machines. Is there anyway for you to either flush the cache of that machine or bypass it?
Flushing the cache on the local machines may not be enough.

Ian,
While I didn't quite understand your answer, it did prompt me to check the cache setting, which I was messing around with yesterday. Seems I had caused the problem by switching it from false to true. Switched it back, problem solved! Thanks!
