Why mysql11.powweb.com is so SLOW?

It's need 5-10sec to load a page, and I have try to use IP(66.152.97.76), but still very slow...

None of my sites are having any problem with sql11

try this rcrc4x4.com/mambo or rcrc4x4.com/shop

oddly the front page at rcrc4x4.com loads but nothing that uses the mysql database. Well not true - the forum works. WEIRD!!
