I am trying to import all the database. It is large approximately 40 MB or 5 MB in Gz version zip

Don't recognize that error message ... Are you trying to use phpMyAdmin to import it?
You can also try Halfabee's script (see the PHP Forum Readme) - it works on gzipped files.
