osCsid in URL

How do you/is it possible to make the osCsid= entry disappear from the URL line?

If the HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN is set correctly (to be the domain of HTTP_SERVER), and the user's browser accepts the cookie, the SID will go away after the second page click. It is not possible on PowWeb to make it go away in all cases. It will also reappear when the user goes to the HTTPS pages.
