Kind of gives a whole new meaning to FREE LOVE (LUV) :D
As you can seen in my Location, between PDX, PHX and ABQ I spend quite a bit of time on SWA and really looking forward to the day they fly into COS.
It was interesting to note in the article NoPots quoted, how agreeable AA seemed to be. Sounded kind of like, "Sure you guys move over to DFW and we'll give you all kinds of incentives!" "Of course we won't give up any gate space" :D
Me? I'm sticking with Herb and Colleen :p

At a recent gathering Gary told us a new city would be announced next month, with service starting in the Fall. Sorry but my bet, it's not likely to be COS, but you never know. Folks asked Garry several ways and he would not drop any hints. :)
However SWA seems to be heading back toward pre-911 plans with the goal of opening two minor and one major city each year starting in 2005.

Oh it is a real fight here in the DFW area. DFW airport and AA are tossing all kinds of miss-information out. They are using heavy FUD tactics.
DFW airport spent $100,000 on a study, but tried to suppress the report volume that showed the positive economic impact on North Texas and the savings to travelers all across the county. The local press finally pressured them to release it, and surprise, it show numbers within %2 of a similar study funded by SWA.
(FUD= Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt)
