Previously, when I logged into Admin Panel, the page would not display but now I am getting the following message:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php4/lib/php') in /www/o/obairukcom/htdocs/osCommerce/catalog/addendum/index.php on line 13

I don't know what I am doing wrong so I insert the contents of the 2 configure.php files & application top...p.php file and maybe you can see what I am doing wrong.

What is the quickest and easiest way for me to sort out this login problem as I need to get my website up and running?
