mysql06 problem?

Unable to connect to MySQL server on mysql06.powweb.com

I get this error when trying to access one of our DB thru OPS. I have an order stuck that I need to manually retrieve.

Any ideas?

I'm getting the same message for mysql09 through ops but going directly to http://phpmyadmin.powweb.com works.
