How do I change the browser title from OS Commerce to something else?

I think if you go into the english folder, there is a file called english.php, that has a definition for the title. Just look for oscommerce and change it.

I don't have the files on this computer, so I may be a little off on the actual location, but I know it isn't in the admin panel, under 'site name,' where I think it would be better.
