how do i import my whole oscommerce shop from my old host to POW?

I was with netifirms.com for a while and had roughly 3000 products on my oscommerce shop, I recently transferred to POW and after consulting people on livechat, came to the conclusion that I will have to update my site with all the products all over again...

I really hope someone can help me out on this as I'm not spending another month adding products to my shop...

All you have to do is export (back up) the database from the old shop, and restore the backup into your new database on PowWeb. This may take a bit of effort because PowWeb imposes limits on the number of "queries" per hour, but you can do it in pieces. Upload the store PHP files, update the configure.php files, and you're in business.

Note that you have to "order" a MySQL database (first five are free) from the Billing tab in Member Operations.
