How do I upload the Catalog folder?

I'm realizing I'm totally in over my head here. Please be patient with me and use small words!

I've downloaded and unzipped the osCommerce files. I am trying to use the "Import" function of FrontPage to get it uploaded to my site, but I get an error message: "catalog/admin/includes/local/.cvsignore does not refer to a page or folder in this web. It may be a page or folder in a subweb, or it could b e abadly formed URL."

What do I do? Thanks so much!

Could be that FP doesn't like files with no filename, just a "type". Delete all the .cvsignore files and try again. Or download and install SmartFTP (www.smartftp.com) (free for personal use) and upload the whole thing with one click.

I'm unsure how much fun it will be to deal with osCommerce and PHP files in FrontPage.
