mysql12 not available at phpmyadmin.powweb.com

Pretty much what the title says. I just created a new database, which is reporting as installed on mysql12.powweb.com, however when I go to phpmyadmin.powweb.com, the list stops at mysql11.

I took it upon myself to check the source of the site, but unfortunately the options in the list don't have values 1 through 11 so I can't just tweak my request to query the appropriate server.

I'm guessing that this issue is due to a new server being added and that side of things just not being updated yet. If so, who should I forward this information to to have the site updated?

Using OPS register a ticket at support, or mail support@powweb.com.

Maybe try and get a life person using http://chat.powweb.com, they may be possible to check with an admin immediatly.

I've emailed them about the issue at support@powweb.com. I'll be sure to let everyone know when I receive a response, but you can of course just check the website to see if it's been updated, should I not update this promptly.

Surely this should be setup BEFORE our databases are put on mysql12 - I must have by site accessible this afternoon.. any word on when powweb will get this resolved?!
