I followed one of the osCommerce tutorial links to install it, and everything went groovy. But, I still have an error message at the top of the page

"Warning: Installation directory exists at: /www/a/s/astarisborngifts.com/htdocs/osCommerce/catalog/install. Please remove this directory for security reasons."

Help?

-Edit-

Now I've got this. And nothing else. o_O;

"Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php4/lib/php') in /www/a/astarisborng/htdocs/osCommerce/catalog/index.php on line 13"

You will need to delete that directory (folder) before that warning message will go away. You will need to use an FTP program to log in and remove that folder.

You might want to take a look inside of the "catalog" folder, it looks to me as if you might have deleted your includes folder instead of your install folder.

If this is a fresh install (no modifications yet), then you should be able to go to http://www.oscommerce.com/ and download Osc, unzip it on your computer and then upload the missing includes folder (and everything within it).
