Yes. They are called 'pointed domains' or 'domain pointers'.

You basically put a domain's files in a subfolder of your main site, and use .htaccess to redirect it (a visitor won't be able to tell).

There are two types now, serviced and pointer domains.

Serviced cost $20 per domain and give full e-mail service - pointer domains are just that and have no ability to send e-mails via Powweb's servers.
