Website Randomly Getting Timeouts / Sluggish This Week

I've been getting randomly timeouts (for 5-10 mins) Even really slow load times on and off this past week

also getting like 20-40 secs to load the FRONT page of the main site =(

Anychance a tech can check my load on my server.. to see if anything is wrong please :(

Your page is heavy.

Table and Javascript can slow down the browser.
Lots of images can slow down load time.
The PHP code could be badly written, too.

Heavier pages are more influenced by the slightest load variation of the servers.
