ive just registered an account
We were unable to authorize your credit card for the amount of $93.24. You can
login to Members Operations and enter a different credit card in the accounting
section, or if you prefer, you can pay by check or money order. Please send a
check or money order payable to PowWeb to:
how do i do it with a different card...where do i do the payment again from?
detail explanation please..

Sign into OPS, click the Account Info tab, then the Payments Method tab and you can change your current entry or add a new credit card. Then use the link 'make a payment' in the credit card area. You should then get a list of the open items to pay.

are available. Also check to be certain that the expiration date for the

https://ops.powweb.com, and go to the "Accounting/PayMethods" tab.
Once you have verified your card information you must reauthorize us
to charge your card if you wish to use it to make future payments.

hrlp please ..im completely lost..i always order with this card on ebay
I suggest you call the card issuer for help on this. They should have a record of the charge and can tell you why it was declined. There's nothing PowWeb can do unless you want to give them another card to try.
Sometimes issuers automatically decline charges that don't match your buying pattern, or if some data provided doesn't match your account.

thanks for your help..it gone through now..i filled out the wrong date and it was saying the expiry date as something like 3004..lolz

similar problems..my account tells me I'm entering the same card details...WHEN I'm NOT!!!!...it is a NEW card the other was stolen...and Billing keep kindly telling me to talk to my Bank..which I have and who say that they haven't had any requests...AND I can even see that the card details held on my account are different...what is FA is that on another package I have the name is wrong for the credit card...and still YET monies can be taken from it by Powweb....this is like an episode form the Muppets!..is it coz I'z European? :o
