How can I delete?

I created one user in mutiple webusers logins section. Now i want to delete this user. What i should do? If i delete, is there any effect?

If you disable all services for a webuser then wait for 7 days an option to delete the user will become available.

Generally if there was no problem with your credit card 1 to 4 hours.
If there was a problem (or for other payment methods) it will need to be manually processed allow at least 24 hours.
You are sent a setup email asap (I guess you got that already).
Your domain name can take 24-72 hours to propagate. propagation is the time it takes for your site to go live on the internet. This is dependant on individual ISP's updating their DNS information. Propagation, can take up to seven days but is usually complete within 72 hours and often the new site is partially accessable within 24 hours though service may be intermitent. This nothing Powweb can control, it's just how the web works.
