Did you modify anything in an htaccess file recently ?

It's not your 'webpage' but the nameservers which tell the rest of the web where to find your webpages.

There are many whois servers that you can use. I used the one at www.whois.sc and added the domain name at the end to give
http://www.whois.sc/scubacaribe.com and it reports a number of things about the website.

To change the nameservers you would need to log into Network Solutions web-site and go to the part for changing nameservers. I don't have NS domain so can't help beyond this general info.
