I created a new web account over the weekend. As of Tuesday, the domain name had not been reserved, WHOIS showed it still available, and I had never gotten a first email to give me the beginning log in name and password. I called in this morning, and the fellow that I talked to managed to immediately snag the domain name and now it refers to a "Under Construction" default web page. However, I still don't have an initial log in name or password. There have been no POWWEB emails to my email address to the best of my knolwedge. How do it get my OPS log on name and password?

:confused:The e-mail should have been sent to the address you gave when you signed up. If you can't get into OPS (because of no e-mail) then either try ringing again, calling into the chat room or sending an e-mail to support@powweb.com
When you signed up for the hosting package you selected a username and password. Those are what you need to log into the OPs control panel.

Thanks... I thought that I was supposed to get a new logon and password in an email. I tried what I remembered from setting up the account and that worked.
Thanks
