How do I set up Eudora so that I can send mail via koasati.net account? I can't get it to get it to work.
Receiving mail works fine.........

I don't know what the problem is, but it seems to be a common one. For the accounts that I have set up, I tell the users to use the outgoing mail server of their ISP. As long as the 'Reply to' and account name are set up for your powweb mail, recipients will never know the dif...

Not a perfect solution, but it works.

I've done the same thing when I'm at school. It works fine. The problem is the mail server isn't setup to relay e-mails that aren't using it's mail server

This should work for you:

Under Tools ... Options ... Sending mail:
For SMTP server enter mail.koasati.net

Check the box that says Allow authentication.

Eudora will then either submit your password (or prompt you for your password) when sending mail.

The only reason this *might not work is if you are behind a firewall that blocks outgoing traffic on TCP port 25.
