-The bullet holes on the nav are fun but kind of disruptive/annoying
-The ad looks out of place
-I'd prefer a more cohesive banner, instead of what looks like three separate images put together to form a sentence
-Use a better title. "RogueUSMC's WitP Fansite" is too wordy.
-Something just feels bland about the layout. Maybe if there was a way to add depth to it or something, I'm not quite sure.
-You could cut the code down a lot by converting to divs/css, instead of WYSIWYG tables (which I think is what you used).
