logo is fine...but it is too big...make things smaller and trt an fit them in a small screen resolution...possibly 800 pixels

I like the rest...colours etc...

maybe you can improve slightly the upper banner

I like the design, however I think the left 'nav' links need some work. They look a tad bit..... 'brushy' and blurry. Try making them stand out more and not fade so much.

Personally, I hate Flash intros, but the site seems to work fine. I didn't see any problem with the nav bars, but then I have cable modem. Perhaps your pages load slower with dialup connections.

I'd like to see more inner workings, when they're up.

The site loads fine, even on a 56k modem connection.

The only suggestion that I would have is to make the top banner a bit easier to read. That "font" makes for an awful looking banner, hard to read or even make out that it's supposed to actually be words.
