I am seriously thinking of switching hosts to [another host]. They offer NetObjectsFusion 8 and I am sure they have more support help for it. I can never seem to get any response in the chat area here. Why have pw mods if they never even chat.I am just irritated.
I am going to have to weigh my options before i make a decision.

My 2 cents...

I have a [another host] package, with several domains. Here are some observations:
- they are cheap and rely on automated systems and volume to make money
- I can't think of a single high-profile company that uses them
- they are a German company (take that any way you want)
- my support calls were answered by someone (in India?) who could only talk me through the on screen menus or offer to escalate the problem, I have never had an escalated problem followed up!
- email support has been 50/50, one went ignored, one was fixed two weeks later with a reasonable explanation
- if everything works fine it's a deal, if something goes wrong you will be hurting, if you try to cancel the service, you will have to go thru hoops...

NetObjects Fusion works here just fine. I've used it since version 4 came out and know the program intimately. I've answered your posts requesting NOF 8 help in detail. If you'd care to point out were you are stuck or re-state your problem I'd be glad to help you out.

I can never seem to get any response in the chat area here.In the chat or in the forum section ? The chat is mainly Powweb staff assisting to solve problems with the service itself (PW doesn't assist in any application issues). You may need to post more in the forums.

Then it depends how many other NetFusion users happen to be hosted at PW and happen to visit the forums themselves. Possibly ask the forum admin to extend one of the forum sections to include other web design tools and have NetFusion included in the title (I was thinking of FrontPage area just now).

- I can't think of a single high-profile company that uses themSeen any on Powweb ? High-profile and low-cost hosting with restrictions in resource usage will be oposing concepts. ;)

I am seriously thinking of switching hosts to [another host].

I use Net Objects Fusion 8. My site is hosted here. I moved it here for a couple of reasons. One is because of all of the help I have received from numberous members. Croc Hunter knows Fusion well, he has helped me with a problem or two when I was ready to make my computer a wall fixture.
So ask your question again or PM Croc Hunter.

xfusion, have you tried calling PowWeb Technical Support (over the phone)? As for NetObjectsFusion, I'm not famaliar with that software, but have you also tried the help forum for NetObjectsFusion. Maybe somewhere there might be able to help you.
