In my package it says that today's date is the renewal date, but when I came online to renew it, it was already deactivated - and there is no way for me to reactivate it from within OPS.
Can someone from POWWEB please charge our credit card and get the site back online as soon as possible? Thanks!

TommyThis is a customer to customer support area and therefore staff may not see this post (especially as it is a Sunday).
You should be able to log into OPS - In there you can make payment yourself.
If you can't log into OPS then send an e-mail (with details of the domain name and last 4 digits of CC on file) to billing@powweb.com and ask them to sort the problem. Tell them how much to pay!

once a package is deactivated you will need to email billing@powweb.com to have the package reactivated. Then you can manually renew though the Packages tab and make a payment through Account Info >> Paymethods.
Also note that you do not need to wait until the last day to renew. You can renew or change your package renewal length at any time.
