New Package FTP Issues (Merged)

I just set up a new package yesterday, but I cannot get into it through ftp. Either My WS or the powweb ftp in ops. My ftp client is telling me that home directory is not available. I am on cluster09 and also ftp09.

Never had this problem in the last 7 or 8 packages I have set up, could someone shed some light on this?

looking into ftp09.

I have notified the admins on this. There's been a few reports of new packages not having ftp access right away.

please email support@powweb.com with the domain in question, if you have not already done so.

I am also having a problem getting through ftp. I am hoping it will be sorted out soon.

yep everything is set up on my and ready to go but ftp ain't workin just yet

Just bought a hosting package and have tried to connect to my site
I get the following error:-

[R] 421 Home directory not available - aborting

Questions:- Why can I not connect see 421, and what is this user number - are users of Powweb limited on how many can connect to the server at any one time.

Main issue is connection - can not design site if can not connect
